Subject: Closure of Customs Office located at Marine Terminal in Dublin Port

Revenue wishes to notify traders that the Customs Office located in the Marine Terminal Ltd (Southbank
Quay) in Dublin Port will close permanently on 3 February 2023.
Following the office closure queries for imports and exports will now be dealt with by Customs located in
Terminal 11 and Yard 3 on a 24/7-hour basis:
Terminal 11 - Import Queries
Examples of such include, but are not limited to:
- Compound specific queries
- Import T1 queries and discharging
For import queries, please email nchfrontdesk@revenue.ie
Yard 3 - Export Queries
Examples of such include, but are not limited to:
- Preference document requests
- General export queries o Export T1 uplifts/queries
